X-Ray Diffractometer
In addition to the conventional θ-2θ configuration, the Bruker Discover D8 unit is able to operate in grazing angle diffraction, in which the structural information of thin film as thin as few tens of nanometers can be studied. The unit utilizes Cu Kα as the x-ray source.
