Transmission Electron Microscope
High resolution imaging of nanomaterials is carried out by a Philip CM200 field emission TEM at 200 kV. In addition to the bright field imaging, the unit also provides selected area electron diffraction (SAED) that probes structural properties of nanomaterials.
