Research Interest

Predrag Krstic, DBA Theoretik consulting, research professor at the Institute for Advanced Computational Science of State University of New York at Stony Brook and formerly senior research scientist of Oak Ridge National Laboratory (TN). His research covers a wide range of fields in theoretical atomic physics, plasma physics and nuclear fusion, computational physics and chemistry, molecular electronics and bionanotechnology, with current focus to plasma–surface interactions and synthesis of nanomaterial. His work has been disseminated in more than 200 papers in peer-reviewed journals, in several patents, in book chapters and in a number of international atomic databases. He has been an organizer and co-organizer of a number of national and international conferences and editor of ten conference proceedings, a PI and Co-PI on many grants with DOE, NIH, NSF, and IAEA.
